Central Valley made two free throws in the last few seconds and the Lady Bears pulled out a 48-46 thriller in Greater Spokane League girls basketball at Gonzaga Prep on Tuesday night.

The Bears (6-3, 3-1 GSL) built a nine point halftime lead, but the Bullpups (6-3, 2-2) tied the game with 17 seconds left. Following a CV turnover with 12 seconds left, G-Prep missed their final shot. CV came back and scored for the win. Taylor Largent had 14 points to lead the Bullpups.
