Bullpups Score Early & Often Against Pirates Rogers vs Gonzaga Prep Photo Slideshow
Rogers vs G-Prep Game Video Highlights The visiting Bullpups (14-2, 13-1) on Pirate Spirit Night outscored Rogers (1-15, 0-14) 29-4 in the first quarter and then put it on cruise control for the rest of the game. The Bullpups went to their bench early which allowed some of the back up players to get valuable playing minutes. Bullpups senior Tia Presley had 13 points, moving to fourth all time in GSL career scoring (1,463). Teammate Lindsay Stockton had 12 points.
Rogers' Pirate Spirit Night was a huge success for the entire school. The student body, facility, alumni and friends of Rogers HS should all be proud on the school spirit it brought the Logan/Rogers neighborhood. It was nice to see that school spirit can be fun and at times it's more important than the game that is being played on the court.
