Pups Cruise Past Knights

 

The host Bullpups (13-1) came out early and scored six quick points and then went on to outscored the Knights (2-12) 22-8 to finish the first quarter. The Pups outscored the Knights in the first two quarters and then cruised in the second half  for the easy victory. After the win the Pups are still tied for first in the Greater Spokane League. Gonzaga will play Shadle Park at their new home court this Tuesday to determine the league leader.

 

Four players finished in double figures, and Ryan Nicholas had 12 of his 14 in the first half. Senior David Stockton made three 3-pointers and finished with 13, and the other senior Travis Long chipped in 10 points. Coming of the bench, Sophomore Parker Kelly ended the night with a career high12 points.
