After
missing a couple of games due to an injury, David Stockton is back at
the helm leading the Bullpups (9-0) to another victory. Against the North Central
Indians, Stockton ended the night with 21 points. “We have so many
great players on the team, but
tonight I just shot a little more. People have got to start guarding Sean
Fischer because he’s such a great player, and if it gets me a shot I
guess I’m all right with that.”
Gonzaga Prep's ultimate
strength is that they have too much depth for their opponents, which, has proven in every game this
season. One night it's the post players carrying the load, the next game it's a
hot shooting guard from beyond arc, but what is consistent about G-Prep
basketball night after night is their outstanding team defense.
