Home The Attorneys Contact Information Patricia J. Chvatal She has been practicing law in Richland, Washington since 1976. At that time, she was one of the first women to practice law in the Tri -City area. Her practice area for the last twenty five years has been in the area of family law dealing with child custody, litigation, complex property issues and all other areas associated with family law. Pat has served on numerous Washington State Bar Association committees including serving on the State Executive Board Family law Committee for six years. She has served as President and Vice President of the Benton Franklin County Bar Association and was a recipient of the Al Yencopal Award in December 2008 in recognition of Outstanding Volunteer Legal Services for the Tri-City community. Pat has also been very active in civic activities serving in part as the school commissioner for Christ the King School, State President of the Business Professional Women and is presently on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Pat has "farm roots" in the Walla Walla Valley and is a proud member of the Walla Walla County Cattlemen's Association and the Washington Cattlemen's Association.

King
Allison King was born and raised in Richland, WA. She is a proud graduate of Richland High School, Columbia Basin College, and Washington State University where she graduated cum laude in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She then went on to Gonzaga University where she graduated with her law degree in 2004. Allison returned to the Tri-Cities to practice family law with Patricia Chvatal where she’s been since being admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2004. She practices family law, uncontested adoptions, and simple estate planning. Allison is a member of the Washington State Bar
Association, Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division;
American Bar Association,
Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division; Benton Franklin Bar
Association; Benton Franklin Young Lawyer’s Division; and Phi Delta

In 2007 Allison received the Gene Schuster Award for outstanding
service to the Benton Franklin Legal Aid Society.
Katherine Sierra-Kelly
Katherine Sierra-Kelly was born in Harrisburg, PA and moved to the Tri-City area in 1994 when her family retired from the military. She is a graduate of Upper Columbia Academy, and Walla Walla University where she graduated cum laude in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. After spending a year with Americorp, she attended Seattle University’s School of Law where she graduated in 2007 with her Juris Doctorate. Katherine returned home to the Tri-City area to work with Patricia Chvatal after being admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2007. She is currently living in Kennewick with her husband and practices family law and simple estate planning. Katherine is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division; American Bar Association, Family Law Section and Young Lawyer’s Division; Benton Franklin Bar Association; Benton Franklin Young Lawyer’s Division |
