Central Valley Topple G-Prep 17-7 The Central Valley Bears stopped Gonzaga's running game and created five Pups turnovers to give G-Prep their first loss of the year.

Game Video Highlights Central Valley got on the scoreboard early by completing a seven offensive play drive down to the G-Prep 19 yard line. Cochran from CV finished the drive by slashing through Prep's defense to score and take a 7-0 lead at the 8:01 first quarter mark.
Prep's offense finally started to move the ball late in the 2nd quarter. Quarterback Bryan Karwacki led a six play drive that started from their own 33 yard line to CV's 15 yard line. Bryan connected with Kelly Henthorn and Connor Payton on a couple long receptions to setup a 4th down 25 yard field goal attempt, but Matt Barker's kick just missed to the right.
In the third quarter, at the 8:21 mark David Lee recovered a fumble at mid-field and five plays later Joel Curry dashed to the corner from 10 yards out to make the score CV 10 - G-Prep 7. On the next play the kickoff was returned by CV for a 95 yard touchdown to end all scoring. The final score was Central Valley 17 - G-Prep 7.
Kelly Henthorn and Connor Payton combined for 14 receptions and a total of 221 yards.
