It’s a shame the high school football playoffs aren’t decided by who’s playing the best all around football at season end rather than who has the most wins because Prep would probably still be playing in the high school state playoffs. G-Prep (7-3) brought their “A” game and scored three touchdowns in the first half then cruised past the Big Nine 5th seed Pasco Bulldogs 42-14. S The offense usually gets all the recognition when a team
scores over 40 points in a game, but it was Prep’s defense In the second half the offensive line had another big game by creating some large holes for senior running backs Jeremy Condon and Taylor Fleming. Condon scored from 17 yards out and Fleming ran up the left sideline from the 25 yard line for a touchdown.

QB Bryan Karwacki led the Pups offense with his best performance of the
year with 151 yards rushing on 14 carries; also Karwacki was 6-10 from
the air with 101 yards. Scoring for Gonzaga in the 1st and 2nd
quarter was Brian Lee with two rushing TD. Both scores came after
Karwacki pitched the ball to Lee while running the option. The third TD in
the first half came after David Lee blocked a Pasco punt and the ball was
recovered by Luke Sicilia in the endzone. Bryan Lee finished the
game with 47 yards on 7 carries.
