Prep's rushing dual Shane Schmidlkofer and Bishop Sankey rushed for a combined three touchdowns as the Bullpups  (6-2) cleared one of their last remaining hurdles to reach the State Playoffs. Also scoring late in the second quarter Nick Lenoue, marched into the end zone untouched with a reverse end around. Prep has one more remaining regular season game next week against Lewis & Clark. The final score was G-Prep 29, Central Valley 13.

Spokesman Review Game Coverage

Bishop Sankey continues to add to his all-time G-Prep rushing record for a single season by rushing 198 yards on 32 carries. Sankey's total rushing yards for the year is now 1,538.

Two outstanding plays on defense secured the win for the Pups. The first one was when 6'7 Charlie Hopkins sacked CV's QB  on a 4th down play which forced CV to turn the ball over on downs.  The other play was when # 45, Sam Lavis picked a high snap out of the air after CV's QB bobbled the ball.  After  Lavis caught the ball he ran down to the Bears three yard line which setup a touchdown right before intermission.
