Mt. Spokane Beat Pups In Five Games

Volleyball

Mt. Spokane (5-1) outlasted host Gonzaga Prep 3-2 to move into second place alone in the Greater Spokane League volleyball. The Wildcats won the first two games and then had to fight off the Bullpups 16-14 in the clincher. Bianna Nikdel led the Pups with 40 assists.

Gonzaga Prep Upend CV in GSL Volleyball

Lindsay Stockton had 20 kills and Bianna Nikdel added 37 assists Tuesday as Gonzaga Prep (2-0) stay undefeated in Greater Spokane League volleyball standings with a 25-20, 25-10, 26-28, 25-12 win at Central Valley.

Clare Akers added 18 digs for the Bullpups.
